So frustrating, organise a re delivery, I wait all afternoon no one shows. I ring the next day and they say they will call me back. It has been 3 days. I get home today from work to find another "Sorry we missed you" card on the door step. Now I have to drive 30mins to pick up my Express posted item.

Pathetic service, won't reply to messages and can't call a service rep. Havnt received my parcel nearly a month after it being picked up

Hopeless service, pick up a small package from Surfers Paradise on Tuesday 18th December 2013 to deliver to Kirra at Coolangatta just down the road. Friday the 20th December call Couriers Please to try and find package as it is urgent. Advised package is in delivery van and the operator will ring back with a delivery time.

Operator did not call back nor was the package delivered! Call again Saturday morning - They only provide customer support Monday to Friday apparently. There website appears to be deliberately set up to prevent customers contact them directly hence I could only find a phone number on yellow pages.
