Package was to be delivery with simple instructions, open front gate and leave inside dogs locked out the back. Courier driver was unable to deliver no reason. Spoke to a call centre and was told it would be rectified the next business day. So today after even more specific instructions I get the same result. Driver very incompetent Wes’s again promised it would be delivered again today. Still nothing. So I do recommend this company at all

Couriers please offer phone number to contact or speak to anyone. Everything must be don’t through email, you’d expect if communication is just through one channel it would be highly optimized. Couldn’t be more wrong. It can take up to 2 days for a reply to a simple question, with even the most simple inquiry taking up to 2 weeks with no resolution. They cannot deliver to Australia Post locations, and if you request to have your item sent from their depot to THEIR registered collection sites it’s ANOTHER process of which they’ll ask you to directly contact the sender to authorize a change of deliver request - you end up having to do their job 🤣. This is a hassle for merchants as they’re constantly bombarded with irate customers who will then leave negative review for products simply based on their delivery experience. Avoid this company.

Poor customer service, driver saw me open the garage door and still drove and then went just up the road and did the same thing for his next delivery

Today (26 March 2025) the Couriers Please driver delivering to our home in Coorparoo WALKED INTO AND THROUGH OUR HOME.
They walked through our front gate, past one of the painters who had their back turned, through our front door (it was being painted & therefore open), down two hallways and into our kitchen, where our dog saw them and started barking. When the team came inside to investigate, the worker didn’t apologise or explain. Just asked if they were the “home owners”. When they said no, the driver just walked out. They also managed to avoid our main gate security camera so we think (and hope) they didn’t have enough time to do anything other than drop the parcel on the bench and be just a general idiot.
My husband has checked and confirmed all keys are still here. I’ve checked all valuables and none seems to be gone but this is just WRONG!!!

My parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. There I’d no way to contact anyone in this company either on line or by phone. I will be taking my case to the Small Claims Tribunal. This company should not be allowed to trade. They are disgusting. I will tell as many companies as I can not to use them

I wish I could give zero stars. There is no way to speak to an actual human at this company. Just an AI bot that is useless. Their unprofessional drivers repeatedly fail to deliver parcels claiming all sorts of rubbish excuses like they couldn't find the address etc. Any business that uses this company to deliver should think twice about upsetting their customer base. I would refuse to buy anything online that gets delivered by this mob in the future.

Couriers please has to be the worst courier service in Australia with extremely poor customer service, no direct phone to talk to a human, drivers cannot follow simple directions regarding deliveries, fail to call anyone when they have trouble finding a delivery address and this is repetitive on b numerous deliveries ... Absolutely HOPELESS service ... No matter what medium you use to follow for customer contact, makes no difference in outcomes ... They need a direct number to let customers talk to them when difficulties arise ... Stay away from this mob until they arrange better customer service 😞

No human to discuss a failed delivery. I would never use this company again
