There’s no one to actually speak with – every call leads to an online chat agent, who just responds with, “We’ll get back to you within the next 2 business days.”

I had a parcel come from overseas, I want available, I couldn’t even get a hold of someone. Such poor service

Delivery driver claimed incorrect address, called support and amended the address (our address spans multiple lots) driver attempted redelivery and claimed incorrect address again, no call to enquire nothing. Now I have to pick the parcel up on the other side of brisbane because we can't trust them to do the job.

My parcel was picked up on Wednesday morning and it was to be delivered maximum the next day as it was just a few suburbs away. Well it’s Friday afternoon and nothing. I tried calling but you are not able to talk to a voice agent. You get sent a text with a link and you land up messaging an agent who then tells me that they can’t see where it is and lodges a resolution that will take 1-2 business days. ( see photo)
In the meantime I needed this material to work on at the weekend for delivery on Monday.

Absolutely disgusted with couriers please. They wouldn't know what customer service is because there is none. I have had clothes picked up to be delivered for my fathers cremation and still have not been delivered since lodging the job on Tuesday. Not able to contact or help anywhere. Talking to a stupid robot does nothing. The next step I will contact tv services. I hope this never happens to o e of your loved ones

Cannot read delivery instructions.
There's no contact number anywhere on the web-site (Yes, they don't want you ring up and give them a serve for their useless performance, because that's the only type of call they will get)
Not only do I not recommend but I Strongly Recommend Against!

I wish I could give them zero stars. We have had two separate companies use them to deliver our items. Neither of the items arrived. The tracking number provided by Couriers Please showed they picked the items up but after that, the trail went cold. Items were not registered at any of the delivery centres and neither item arrived. Using the complaints chat bot was worse than useless because the chat bot just tells you that the item hasn't arrived in any of their distribution centres so therefor they don't have it and it must be the senders fault. No parcels. No joy.
In future, I will be asking companies which courier they are going to use to deliver my item and if they say Couriers Please, I shall be cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere.

Text today said would deliver. Cancelled plans, stayed in all day. Just had a 'business closed' message. Courrier clearly wanted to go home early. No telephone number to get the parcel back, no 'we tried to deliver' note in the post box, and no parcel

Useless absolutely useless do yourself a favour and read the reviews they are not wrong there’s not a good thing said and that’s for a reason
