They just can’t deliver an item. Their drivers don’t call you to check and just enter in the system-delivery failed. They couldn’t do a simple delivery from Target in 2weeks. I requested depot collection and just that took them 4days to enter in the system and let me collect. All these big brands like Target should get rid of their terrible service. Their customer service is another story. Believe me you will be wasting hours to sort things out and get your parcel

My parcel was picked up a month ago , 3 times I have had an eta on delivery , last one being Monday 14th August 22 Now on Thursday 18th 22 Can't speak to any one on the phone all via on line chat overseas centre , who as expected have no idea , asks me to go pick up from depot, sure no worries only live 20 hrs away !!! Bad service and bad customer care Would never recommend this company

Worst couriers. Overseas Call centre generates customer service numbers but no follow up. Parcels delivered late, damaged and at the wrong street. Cannot get them on the phone.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their overseas call centre is useless and have no interest in resolving any issues regarding lost articles. Would rate them lower than a 1 star if it were possible.

Taken 6 weeks to find my package, still no resolution. Overseas call centre, does not assist - proven liars and they just fob you off. I wouldn't recommend ANY business use them. Terrible.

This number is an overseas call centre. They didn't care too hoots about helping, they just have a standard answer for everything..
