Never received order and can’t contact company. Beware it’s a scam

Horrible quality, slow shipping and just awful product.

Luckily purchased through catch and PayPal. It comes with a 12 month warranty but I’ll be surprised if it lasts 2.

Avoid. Spend the money and get the real product.

Ordered a product from amazon called a Maxkon floor scrubber the item was faulty it does'nt charge proberly.The product was from Ausway strange thing happened i recieved the product but got a refund.If you order from Amazon and see Ausway as the sellers Do not buy from Amazon.!😡

Don't waste your time or money, IF your order arrives it won't be as described and no they have no interest in customer support.

I bought a dual stainless steel pedal bin via Amazon... Had I known it was being sold by a dodgy third party provider I would not have bought it. The bin is extremely flimsy and is dented. Luckily It is through Amazon as they can pressure Ausway to pay for return shipping and a refund. Ausway said they need to consult with their technical team.... It is dented and very poor quality. They are wasting my time.

Wouldn’t buy anything form them all phone number do exist brought a 240cm Santa and they sent me a 23cm with no email or NO REFOUND on the 240 cm you are a joke

please make sure you note that this is not Ausway Transport but Ausway Express which is China based AKA Ausway Pacific. I take a lot of their calls and cant understand why they were allowed to use our name?

My rowing machine left Melbourne for Adelaide on 25 March and has disappeared. It is impossible to contact Kogan or Ausway. There are two delivery companies involved and the best I can discover is that when it arrived in Adelaide the tag had fallen off and the machine was returned to Melbourne. Have I lost my money in exchange for frustration?
