I ordered 4 ceiling fans from Ausway via Kogan ( who quite frankly are just as bad) I spent OVER $600 with OVER $120.00 just in delivery fees and all they sent me was 1 ceiling fan, I am absolutely LIVID, they claim the other 3 fans have been sent but they have NOT been sent because their is no tracking numbers avail with Auspost, this will now lead to a Fair Trading complaint, REALLY what business takes more than $600 from a customer and doesn;t even send half their order but send me a quarter of my order with no info on where the rest of my order is, I do NOT recommend buying from this company, I DID read the reviews before buying but I thought with some of the reviews being years old THAT AusWay would have picked up their game, but obviously not, absolutely livid.

BEWARE - NOBODY HAS YOUR INTEREST AND THEY ARE DISHONEST

It took me 6 weeks to get the whole of the recliner lifter chair. I sent 28 emails and 30 phone calls for it to all arrive. I was in hospital for 3 weeks to have knee replacements done. When I got home and tried out the massager and heater doesn't work. I reported this to Mydeal and all the help I got was send a video. Have said I'm unable to get under the chair, all I hear is send a video. I am astounded that this Company is allowed to operate. What they do is fraud to me. I'm going to do something about n as I can't afford it.

These clowns can't even deliver a package. It is lost with the courier..

Ausway Pacific Pty Ltd, Oz-Auction, Crazy Sales, or whatever you want to call yourself. It's all bad. Avoid this place. I hope more people read reviews before shopping and learn the hard way as I did. Never again.

They advertise products through catch that are cheap copies / imitations of actual products that you might want. I searched a specific product by brand name in google and it was the first result, looked similar so I bought it.



I realised it was a fake and canceled within the hour. No response. Called the actual business as catch were unhelpful, and today they told me it’s too late as it’s already dispatched and I have to go through a long process of taking photos when it arrives to return it. Which they will probably charge me for.



Fake products, unhelpful. Wouldn’t use ever again and learned my lesson.

Item purchased took weeks to arrive and was clearly broken within the box. Ausway states it’s not their fault that things get broken in delivery and refuse to refund me. I’ve reported them to the ACCC and suggest others do the same! This company needs to be shut down!

Absolutely disgusting rip offs. 7 weeks I’ve been waiting for parts for a tv unit I brought through Catch. I got a couple of pieces but not the unit itself after many emails I can’t get the unit I also can’t get a refund until I return the couple of shelves. Why would I send the shelves back when I’ve lost all faith and trust in both Catch and Ausway. I lost $200. If you’d like to throw money down the drain shop with them!!!

I bought a galvanised dog kennel from this company Ausway 2 through Catch of the Day, cost be extra $125 for just the freight. They said they lost it then blamed the couriers, was a whole mess nobody knew where it was. Had to buy another one from bunnings. waited 1.5 months to get my refund back after sending numerous messages. They are very unprofessional and I will never buy from this company or recommend it. Now I won't used catch of the day aswell due to the stress of it all. I would put minus 5 stars but cannot.

I ordered a 400 dog kennel i have been chasing it took 2 days for them to answer a phone i had toll tracking it down but they don't have it rude customer service this business needs to be shut down I am now taking this to fair trading
