DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I bought via Kogan

My product has finally arrived after 4 weeks of me emailing daily and now many pieces are missing. I want to cry. The product is of bad quality, it's cheap looking and they make is VERY hard to send back.

Do not buy from this company (VIA KOGAN) - they blame the freight company, the freight company says they don't have it. Christmas is 2 days away. I just want the money back.

Cheap Chinese products and even worse service. Evasive refuse to help. Worst experience ever.

i have just had a delivery but its not for use they didnt look at the address right our addrees is like it but we are crescent an twos in street name when its only got one name in the address and they are a court then its diffent suburb we are west ....... and they are only ........ its a 4 mins drive between us plus delively guy said its meant to be a 2 box delively but he only had 1 box an the other box we come tommorrow will i wait till tommorrow to see if it come to us befoe contacting u guys

Response to enquiries ordinary, postage costs have been doubled (eg Aus Post $48.65 OZ AUCTIONS $100.) So piracy still alive
