Mark of SuperSavingsOnline (also known as Crazy Sales) has an eBay store physically based in Glenroy, Victoria and I bought three leather office chairs from him on 28 November 2019. One of the chairs went missing in transit for several weeks and, when it arrived, I discovered two of the chairs were damaged in multiple places. I wanted Mark to offer a partial refund and recover his losses through making a claim with Toll Inpec but he low balled me with his offer. He repeatedly failed to make a claim and tried to push me into returning the items or accepting replacement items instead. I escalated the matter with eBay but Mark refused to give a partial refund. I also escalated the matter with Paypal but he again refused to give a partial refund. In the end Paypal said I have to return the items at my cost ($386 for freight alone) and I would not be reimbursed anything for return shipping. I am very disappointed about losing hundreds because Toll damaged my goods and Mark wouldn't make a claim. I left him with negative feedback and will never shop with him, SuperSavingsOnline or Crazy Sales again.

I have nothing but praise for Crazy Sales. I bought a product just on twelve months ago, had a recent problem with it, got in touch on-line yesterday and have been informed that a new replacement is on it's way to me. You can't beat that :-)

I find that Crazy sales is one of the best online companies I have dealt with. Their product are great. Their prices are fantastic. Their tracking system is excellent. Dates are always correct. Fast, efficient, reliable service. Never had a problem.

I purchased a product that I received in a few days but the product was faulty which I returned to Crazy Sales and received a full credit in a few days. I would recommend Crazy Sales as a company to purchase products from and rate them 5 out of 5

We tried many other air purifiers, but non worked as well as the one at crazysales. It looks like hot steam, but infact it's cold and has a very fresh feeling. The air in our house is now much cleaner. Amazing product and trustworthy company.
