Usually I am skeptical of all these types of sites however this one is certainly legit and has super fast service email confirmation and shipping! It is a very easy system to use. The company has done very well in displaying all their products and prices. I would definitely buy from it again.

I like the convenience from where we live to be able to order on line, and generally have the product meet the description. Pricing is competitive even with shipping.

I can never fault Crazysales. The items are always great products and I have never ever had a problem with the staff. I would recommend Crazysales to everyone. I love the reward program too. I was able to use some of my points for this order.

I have placed several orders. Only one was not perfect but as you rely on the manufacturer and cannot check every box you send out it was dealt with professionally. They gave me a good amount of points after negotiating a good win win situation. I will continue to order as long as they continue to deal with product if it is not up to standard. All the products I received turned out useful as described.

Order confirmed within seconds, e-mail received letting me know my purchase was under way. And I received my purchase on time, in solid packaging. The whole process was quite satisfying.
And I have no idea why there are so many dislikes here, just have a little defense for it!

As winter had just set in, I needed some new warm bedding. I found CrazySales as I was searching online for bedding stores. I purchased a Mink throw blanket and some new sheets. I found their website bright and easy to navigate with a lot of support options and savings. The order process was simple and I paid via Paypal. Delivery was estimated as 7 - 10 days but product was dispatched and received in 5. A positive first experience.

Don't trust this company! Their products are cheap & nasty that come damaged. They will take forever to respond to e-mail & then then do nothing.

I bought a bass guitar from Crazy Sales (http://www.crazysales.com.au/online-full-size-electric-bass-guitar-pack-black-93477.html). I checked the bass guitar on the webpage and wanted some more information about this guitar as the description was misleading. For example, it said Enclosed Machine Head(s). This is incorrect. They are open machine heads. Crazy Sales also referred to it as an acoustic guitar. It is NOT an acoustic guitar!

I decided to take a risk and order this guitar. Initially it said that it would be sent by TOLL IPEC. When I clicked on TOLL IPEC, I was re-directed to another page on the Crazy Sales website that clearly stated that if the product was under 22 Kg weight that it would be sent by Australia Post. I therefore gave Crazy Sales my Australia Post parcel collect address as the total weight was 5.8 Kg. However, Crazy Sales sent the item by TOLL IPEC. TOLL IPEC DO NOT DELIVER to Australia Post parcel collect addresses.

The guitar was poorly packaged without any padding. The 1.2 meter cardboard box had only one strip of tape around the centre so that the top and bottom of the box opened effortlessly. The Free Extras like tuner and strap miraculously hadnt fallen out. But the picks must have as they were nowhere to be found.
Also, the guitar was faulty. The plastic cap had separated from the pickup. When I called Crazy Sales, the operator (female) was unapologetic and curt and just said that theyd respond to my query via email. My son was about to walk through the door for whom I had bought this bass.

In conclusion, Crazy Sales has failed to provide correct information about their product on their website. They did not package the item correctly. They did not use the carrier described on their website and it was faulty.

Crazy Sales owe me two picks that were missing in the package and 50 minutes of my time for fixing the pickup.

I ordered a car camera from Crazy sales & found out within a day that the item was faulty--so I repackaged it and sent it back in the original package marked return to sender--Crazy Sales were the "middle man"--not the supplier --as I didn't return it to Crazy Sales--they refused a refund--so I took the matter to Paypal who re-directed me to "Crazy Sales"--who then pleaded with me to wait due to the Christmas rush--some weeks later I contacted Crazy Sales again through Paypal but got no response-I then raised the Paypal claim into a problem in their Resolution Centre--explained the facts but as Australian post doesn't give out tracking numbers in "return to sender"parcels Palpal refused my request for a refund. i asked both Crazy Sales and Paypal to see if the supplier had the returned parcel--Crazy Sales refused to answer .Paypal refused to ask--& to refund--case closed--NEXT!!

Bought a saw that doesn't work. Had a reply to one email asking for a video of the saw not working - Hah! So I sent it but no reply, no phone number, no address. This was clearly a big mistake & I'm going to have to spend some money to bring these people before a court, but I will. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I do not why I keep purchasing from this company as I always have problems with them. They are impossible to get a hold of, do not respond to customer inquiry emails. Now it will not even send the email when you click on the link. No phone number...What sort of company work like this where there is NO contact phone number. There may be a valid reason that the order has not arrived and if you could talk to customer representative, but No you can't. This will be the last time I order from them and my payment will be reversed.
