Did not respond to two emails through their website ( advising faulty item). Attempted to phone three times and get 'not available, please leave a message'. Appears that I have problems with this company.

Absolute disgrace!! Bought a bed and mattress in november. they were supposed to arrive in 3 parcels. Only 2 have been delivered so I have the mattress and the bed's legs. Lodged a ticket with CrazySales and don't get any replies. Tried to call and get a message saying the number is unavailable. I want my money back!!

Very poor communication they don't respond to emails.
Very slow delivery
