I am really not happy with the car dealers of Ventura auto.
The cars are all scrapes and really unworthy.
I don’t know how should I claim back my money for this unworthy car.
Please anyone?

Ventura Autos webpage had name changed to Car Central and also another name Crown Autos. The webpage now reads as A Plus Motors which is apparently closed permanently?
Was there today 8/9/2023 to document some footage to be used in a legal matter with Ventura Autos. Asked the licensee what is going on with all these names his response was to verbally abuse me. Not really sure what is going on but do know that Consumer Protection WA issued warning about dealing with this caryard and licensee in July 2023 due to 137 complaints of un-roadworthy and unsafe vehicles being sold.
I can only express to the public to be very wary when purchasing from this caryard on 130A Radium St Welshpool as they are apparently not who they say they are?
Have a look at all reviews and the responses off the licensee he takes no responsibility in fact he said we slow! Definitely gotta be quick because that many name changes in couple months mind boggling! BEWARE!

Hi, I purchased a red 2009 Holden Captiva 7 Lx auto for $6990 on 19/04/2023.
I was driving home from work on Friday when I got the smell of oil burning coming through the car, I went to a mechanic and they said there the turbo is leaking oil onto the exhaust.
I called your number at 17h01 on 02/06/2023 and James answered, once I explained what happened, he cut me off saying that he was busy with a customer and that I should send him a message, the messages were sent at 17h03. When I called back at 17h28 James said I should look at the warranty book and that he didn't deal with it. I called back at 17h43 trying to explain that I didn't receive a warranty book when the car was delivered to me even though they had offered a 1 year free warranty with the car - James proceeded to tell me that he was going home for the day and that he will contact me on Tuesday.
I reside in Bunbury so I went to a dealer here today (03/06/2023) and their mechanic took a look at the car and said the tabet cover is leaking oil where the seal is, the rocket is leaking, the turbo is spitting oil and that if I continue to drive the vehicle it will lead to engine failure, he also suspects the timing chain is going.
I spoke to Sylvana at 12h43 and she was trying to be helpful but had to leave to be with her family - she asked if the engine light has come on the dash and if not then it's not an indication of engine failure. So am I expected to drive this death trap until the engine fails, possibly causing injury to myself and the public?
These are all major concerns and I kindly request a refund or replacement vehicle in accordance with the Consumer protection act.
If not, I will be pursuing legal action.
