DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM.

I've bought a car few weeks ago without reading reviews of them. Was my very big mistake. the car has many problems and they don't answer my phone call anymore. I had to start the precess with the consumer protection.

they should close they SELL UN-RODWORTHY cars

Read all reviews on there website...so many people being sold un-roadworthy vehicles. Beware buyers! You can get out of contract if you do not drive vehicle out of yard. Check and double check the vehicle before you leave the yard. They turn their back on you when there is problems. Don't be fooled by this caryard people. Stand your ground if you are not satisfied even if you signed a contract, YOU CAN GET OUT OF CONTRACT AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT DRIVE OUT OF THE YARD! THIS CARYARD NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR SELLING UN-ROADWORTHY VEHICLES TO PUBLIC.

MY POOR PENSIONER FRIEND BROUGHT A CAR THAT HE NOW HAS TO GO THROUGH COURTS TO GET VENTURA AUTOS TO RECTIFY MULTIPLE DEFECTS. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST PEOPLE. FOR EVERY GOOD REVIEW THERE 10 BAD REVIEWS. READ AS MANY REVIEWS AS YOU CAN TO GET THE BIG PICTURE PEOPLE.

I f you can avoid, please don't buy a car from them. Horrible experience. My son bought a car from James and after driving home it had a coolant leak. He called the dealership and the 'mechanic fixed it'. Upon taking it home, the problem persisted. He took it for servicing and general check. The car was deemed unroadworthy. On a particular day after a short drive, the car was smoking. Anyway, he contacted them and asked for refund which was denied and offered a sale for nothing. He was happy to get rid of it but the problem didn't end there. James did not transfer the ownership and my son got a parking and speeding fine. James had the audacity to transfer the ownership on a later date to what the deal for the sale was sealed and remained adamant that it could not be changed despite the police department and DOT affirming that. James is difficult to deal with and has zero customer service.

scammed sold the worst dodgy car spent thousands my daughter had a car accident dodgy and lemon of a vehicle
