Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!
Are you available on weekends?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays!

We quote by job, not by hour. And we’ll tell you the fixed price before start, so you know exactly what you’re up for.

We supply, install and service most makes and models of air conditioning and heating systems, including Braemar, Breezair, Kelvinator, Carrier, Lennox, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, Nec, Hitachi, York and many more!

Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour*. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.

Charged over $2,000 just to inspect our system. This company has been previously investigated by A Current Affair for dodgy trade practices. Absolutely avoid. I suspect that they are bolstering their own reviews by posting self-reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Also, as a heads up, they trade under numerous names such as Mr Emergency. Absolute rip off.

Our aircon picked a hot day to quit on us. I rang these guys, and they were here in no time. Figured out the problem fast, fixed it, and now it's like we're living in a fridge. Super happy with the quick turnaround!

Would not use this company again.
The services were well and truly overpriced and honestly a rip off.
Had two technicians come out. First one in the morning to do an inspection which lasted 20 minutes or so that cost us $100 call out fee, was told another technician would come out in the afternoon for a further deeper inspection of the AC unit which had ceased given its age (18 years). We wanted to know whether we could salvage it (if any) or need a brand new one? The second guy did about 2 and half hours of inspecting which cost us $1000 without any work being done to the unit itself only to tell us what we assumed would be the problem that the unit had completely ceased and there was no guarantee parts were available and quote us $14380 for a brand new unit????? Mindblowing and ridiculous. Needless to say we never went back. Found another local technician that came out, no service fee and priced us for a unit at $4000. They did it one day and now we have a fully functional and energy efficient unit. Definitely would not recommend this company.

The installation crew was just as impressive. They arrived on time, worked neatly, and walked me through the operation of the new system. The difference in temperature control throughout my house is remarkable. It's comforting to know that the job was done right the first time. I'm looking forward to the energy savings and definitely feel this was a worthwhile investment.

On a hot day, our AC decided to take a break — worst timing ever. The company sent a technician right away who was not only friendly but also worked efficiently to get our AC back up and running. Their prompt and effective service was a real lifesaver!
