Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!
Are you available on weekends?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays!

We quote by job, not by hour. And we’ll tell you the fixed price before start, so you know exactly what you’re up for.

Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour*. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.

We called this business in to of our Aircond as it had a weird noise. we where assured this would be fixed. upon completion the noise was still there and was told they could not fix it as the unit is too old. surely the tech would know this before. I asked for a refund and was refused. We paid $1200 for nothing.

Quoted me 6.5k for a full replacement without even looking at the unit, same quotes from other companies were half the price. Had a customer service person call me just to tell me the cost is more because "it's a two man job, rubbish removal and everything makes it more" Made no sense - tried to scam me to find out i only needed at $350 replacement pump - DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!

These guys are literally scammers. I paid $140 for a “quote” - the guy spent 2 minutes at my house and quoted $1600 for a service, and I was sent follow up documents which basically said we will find what the issue is after the service and charge you more. Turns out my air con just needs to be re-gassed which will cost next to nothing. I highly recommend looking them up before you employ them. How this company still operates is beyond me.

The price was AT LEAST DOUBLE what other tradies quoted. Save your money and get other quotes.
We were also told our hot water system looked like it wasn’t up to ‘Code’. Another plumber has subsequently told us there is no issue with the hot water system except one part is needed which costs is $30. It felt like Metro was trying to get more money from us.
