Elite Computing

Overall, Elite Computer was fantastic experience! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I needed to install a second SSD and transfer some files from the old disk to the new one. They gave me a quote, I dropped it off, and the next day it was ready beneath the price they quoted me. I was fully prepared to pay the original quoted price so it was awesome to hear it came out to be less. If you want peace of mind knowing your computer is in good hands, take it to Elite Computer.

I took my broken screen laptop (bought 2012) and requested for a quote who told it would altogether @400 and it will work perfectly. I told him its very old model and I don't want to spend this much rather i prefer to buy a new one. But he said that the Laptop is absolutely very good and will be 100% fine changing the screen and few other small work. I am unemployed for the past 4 years and borrowed money and told him to go ahead with a repair. After three weeks I got my Laptop back and I paid almost $425. But within a week time I found it is very slow and sometime it get stuck and no response for long. Hence I took it to him again and he suggested to do some repair which would cost another $225. I really shocked to listen that and brought back without doing anything. I do not want to write this review but badly i need to use it for my study on every wednesday and each time when I find its not working well i feel pain in my mind being spent $425 its not worth at all. I do not have money for further repair also. Feeling really frustrated.

Elite Computing did a great job bringing my computer back from the dead - it would not boot. They determined that my hard drive was failing so luckily they were able to transfer my data to a new hard drive. Prices were reasonable and my repair was completed in two days.Thanks so much guys!

I work in the construction industry, my Dell laptop gets dragged with me on all sorts of sites. I recently damaged my screen, and without my laptop my job is much harder. I brought the laptop in to Elite Computing at 2:30pm on a Thursday. they overnite expressed a new screen, and had my laptop ready for pick up by noon Friday. Less than 24 hrs and I was up and running again. Great service, and very professional to deal with the with. I'll be back.

I had these guys come over to my office and install a File server with a firewall. I did not think my computer network can run so smoothly. I was advised on some situations that can be improved and I made the right decision to trust them. Along with the installation, they are now maintaining my computer network and making sure everything stays in order. Outstanding work guys. Thank you

The best extremely helpful and these guys know what they are doing bring any PC to them and they will give you the correct information on what issues it has clear and spot on. No chit-chat, upsale, blah blah. In & out. Highly recommend!

I brought my laptop in for repair. It took them just under an hour to evaluate and reach me back. Although I ended up considering buying a new one, I feel this is a reliable place to go to.

I was looking to replace a power cord. Elite Computer did not have a power cord in stock that would meet my needs. But I was directed around the corner and up the street to a mini mart that did in fact have a power cord in stock that would work for me.



The gentleman I spoke to at Elite Computer certainly knew the inventory of the other retail shops and was kind enough to point me in the right direction. Based on how well I was treated and the great local information I was given, I would certainly return for computer service and/or sales if I were anywhere in the area.

As I am unable to edit my previous review I have decide to add this second review as a post Script to it.



The business owner has been very apologetic subsequent to the previous review. He has supplied and installed a new Radeon RX570 4GB Graphics cards at my home free of charge (in addition to the refund). It is not my intention to change anything of the previous review, I stand by the facts of that, but it is the right thing to be fair and highlight that the business owner went to a lot of effort to install the above graphics card and get my computer operating as I had originally paid for.
