Extremely pleased with Tim's work. He is very patient and explains things very clearly. Tim answered all my questions precisely and also gave us lots of advise. Tim went out of his way to be helpful and for us to gain much more from our new computer. Do not hesitate to give him a call if you have a computer issue. We are so happy to have found him. He has a follow up service too so we don't have to stress out anymore about computer problems.

I called to ask if these guys would consult with me on a computer purchase. I figured I would pay for their time to make sure I got the right off-the-shelf product.
Instead of charging me, Tim spent 10 minutes on the phone and told me what specs to look for, at no cost.

I had the same experience as another reviewer mentioned. I sent my computer to get a new cord/adapter, they had no reason to touch my system. But I got a call saying there was a virus on it and they had to some complex computer mumbo jumbo to it. I had had NO problems with it up until this point! When I got it back it was running slow and everything seemed different. I checked the specs and they had swapped out my 8gb ram for 4gb!! I tried talking to them about it and they said I was mistaken/confused, it only had 4. Total lie! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! They will rip you off

Small trailer, big on customer service. Cheaper and easier than going to the mall or Apple!! Will definitely go back and see them if (when) I crack my phone screen again.

They were efficient with dealing with issues or problems that I gace concern to. I went in on a Thursday to enquire, and had the my laptop back on the Monday.

I have been there to have my laptop and iPad repaired, Tim was very friendly and helpful and always helped me solve the problems. The best thing is I can get my data back after they repair the computer, I was so frustrated from my computers performance and deemed that I might lost all my photos. Good job, guys.
