A+ benchmark

Its easy for us to get angry and take our frustrations out on companies that stuff up but how many of us give positive feedback when companies get it right? Well, I would like to. My HP Spectre was playing up so I contacted ELITE. The next day they collected my pc, sent it to the repair centre, fixed the problem, also found an expensive non warranty issue, fixed that too, and the sent it back to me the next day. Have been in the support industry for over 20 years. For me, its rare to see this level of service in a small company. Well done ELITE., truly grateful for your fantastic service.

Good help

Excellent customer service and was able to fix my problem right there in the shop, didn't even have to hand it in to them. Would recommend for computer needs.

A long established business. A satisfactory customer. Keep up guys!

We have used this services for several years and have been very satisfied. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and are fairly priced. Turn-around time is very good too, which is very important to us. We feel very comfortable having them handle our systems, which is a relief. If you're not sure where to go......go there.

I like this shop

That's excellent shop. excellent service and kind hearted manager. Last time, my Apple laptop screen is broken by my child. However, there are lot of important docs in it. I'm very scared and worry about. coz i can't work at all. I lived in Cranbourne and found out paper advertisement in my post box before.

I tried to contact them. The manager called Tim, he said he would try to help me to fix up. However, there is amazing, he and his partner use one day and give me call, good news, your laptop is fixed up and all docs are recovered. I'm so happy and appreciated manager. and his shop is very nice. He gave me a large golden USB. Is very useful.

I recommend elite to everyone. Hope you will have opportunity to enjoy their service.

Btw, please keep useful advertisement from your post box. Coz you don't know when is useful for you!

AVOID THIS PLACE!

So I take my computer into his shop last week because it wouldn't even load up windows and was stuck in a reboot loop, $460.00 later and I got my computer back only after he took my HDD that was 3 months old replaced it with a cheaper brand, my Gigabyte 850 watt Power Supply Unit replaced with a cheap 750 watt no name brand.

New Windows 10 even though I already had Windows 7 and was happy with that. Also an Antivirus replaced one I already had but is on a 1 year subscription. The actual problem was a burnt out chip on the motherboard. His work was sloppy with wires going everywhere and he insisted on dropping my computer off to my home as a "favor" and I actually thought this guy was genuine however once inside my home he seen that I had an old computer hooked up while the new one was in repairs, he told me that he would take it back with him and just clean it and check it out for viruses at no charge. 8 days later I goto check on my old computer and also let him know that I have been getting Blue Screen Of Death errors ever since he returned my new computer. He said that he wants me to bring back my new computer for further analysis and take back my old computer after I pay his bill of $190.00 for a new OS "Windows 10" and Antivirus Both of which I didn't ask for on a computer that worked fine and I didn't even use once my new computer was fixed. So I had enough and told him that I was not paying for the old computers upgrades and not bringing my computers to him ever again and was very annoyed at the work he did and thought that he was robbing me of parts. Well he didn't like that and got very passive aggressive to me basically telling me to leave his shop and I would get my computer back in a few days after he removes the software he put on it. Once I got home I put a bad review on Google and within 20 minutes he rings me up asking why I gave him a bad review and told me to remove it.

Later that day I told my wife about what happened and she told me that he has done the same thing to my mother, charging her hundreds of dollars for problems with her computer, THEN got her to trade that computer that I brought for her with an older computer made with lower quality parts.

Well that was just the last straw for me.

After going through bad reviews on Google about his shop I find that he is doing this exact thing to many people, going to people homes and taking all the computers in there home and charging them for parts and software they don't need.

Some reviews are just disgusting what he has done to people and he needs to be stopped.

Great help!

One of our PCs crashed and we needed a new one setup ASAP. The elite team were able to get it sorted and a new one setup very quickly with minimal down time. Great service and support and good value.

I dropped off my laptop & 24 hours later all issues were fixed. I'm not a computer nerd but Tim explained what he does & most importantly that he charged a fixed fee regardless how long it takes & if he was unable to fix there would be no charge. Some other quotes I received..

I have a hard time trusting people with my gear, so believe me when I say these are the guys you want working on your computer. Every time I go in the tech will come out front and talk to you face to face. This is something that I've found to be a luxury when dealing with techs. I originally went in to upgrade my RAM and SSD, not only did they undercut MSY's prices on those items, he even threw in a new power cable when he saw I was still using the American one that came with it. They really go the extra mile which has kept me coming back.
