They have been excellent. Very personalised service. Received advice from Gary over the phone to address one of my issue free of charge.

I had error messages and zones not working in ducted Actron Air system. Although Gary and Jack spent the time on the phone to specialist Actron people the issue was eventually resolved. Stupidly Actron don't supply the service manual with your system and you need this to reset zones etc when these problems arrived. Gary provided me with the pdf which is very helpful.

They responded to my problem promptly and arrived at 6am as arranged and attended to the problem with follow up phone calls to check that all was ok

Our Ducted Airconditioning system of our 2 storey house stopped working after 15 years of service.



Other Air Conditioning Companies that we consulted suggested that our system needed to be replaced at a high cost to us. We felt that these companies didn't investigate the problem thoroughly.
