GAM Air Conditioning have given us expert and friendly service for many years with the upkeep and maintenance of our 18 year old system which was installed by another company before we were lucky enough to find GAM. Sometimes it can be difficult to find punctual and reliable service during the summer months, but Gary has always been there for us, generally within 24 hours! Recently he suggested moving our outdoor unit to the cooler side of the house to improve efficiency and stop it cutting out on very hot days. This worked a treat and we're very happy with the result. We would recommend GAM to anyone and will definitely use them to install a new system if needed down the track.

I would like to highly recommend GAM Air Conditioning. Our air conditioning failed a couple of days before the 40+ temperatures and after calling an extensive list of repair people who either did not answer or laughed at my ridiculous request - Gary returned my call promptly and organised a service call within a couple of days. He and Michael were on time , quick and efficient , providing me with clear and competitive options.
Within a few days Michael and Sev installed a new system. They were delightful individuals , courteous and considerate. When they left there was no evidence left behind except for an operating air conditioner and satisfied customers.
I am not usually lucky finding tradespeople through Google - this has to be my best find yet.
You don't need to keep searching - you have found the best if you have found GAM!

I can highly recommend Gam Air. The service I received from Gary initially over the phone, gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. Everything happened as he said it would. On time, from start to finish.
It was so easy and the best thing was, I didn't have to waste my time running between different shops trying to get a good price on the unit. I got that straight away over the phone in the comfort of my lounge room (actually it wasn't that comfortable at the time because my old air-con was not working). I could then go online and compare pricing and I was extremely please. Gary was upfront and honest, you don't find that very often anymore.
The day of the install went so smoothly, I was amazed, Michael & Sev, were so professional. There was no rubbish left behind at all, not even in the bins, they took everything away.
It was such good timing, I only suffered a couple of 40 degree days before I had the new unit in and cooling us down. I am so grateful to Gam for making summer bearable.

After battling through the heat last year with a pregnant wife, we thought we would be fine without aircon now that the baby is born. But the heat this year has really turned up and with an 8 month old baby who was not coping well, we knew we had no choice but to get an aircon unit.

We were put in contact with Gary and Jack after some great recommendations and we definitely made the right choice. There are no shortage of tradesmen and deals out there but if you want a high quality, hassle free job with your air-conditioning then you cannot go past GAM!

They are a family run business that prides themselves in customer satisfaction and word of mouth from its satisfied customers. The guys did a fantastic job with my ducted air unit. They were on time, extremely clean, professional at all times and respectful of my property. They worked nonstop in 30 degree heat and a small roof to ensure it was completed without any concerns and as quickly as possible. When it was all done they cleaned and vacuumed up the entire work area without hesitation.

I have had my unit installed for a few weeks now and have had no issues at all. When its 30+ degrees outside and people are running their aircon at 18-20 degrees, Im running my unit at 24-25 degrees and am completely comfortable. This is because GAM are specialists in ducting to ensure maximum efficiency.

I would happily recommend Gary and his Sons to anyone looking for high quality work at a fair price.

The time had come to update the old 6hp unit that had worked like a slave for over 30 years. After recommendation from one of our neighbors, who was extremely happy about their newly installed system, we made the phone call to GAM and Gary was prompt at coming to see us and offer his advice and technical knowledge.
He gave us options and opinions on the alternative ways to overcome our problems but in the end we chose to go all the way and just let Gary revamp our entire old installation.
Gary returned the next day explaining the ways of his recommended design. He was particular about the precision in his ducting setup and showed so much faith in his calculations of what was needed to be done to make a complete revamped setup that will work 100% while being efficient and also adapting a suitable personal comfort for the lifestyle within our home.
We said go ahead.

They worked like trades people who really cared about what they were doing and you could tell they had pride in trying to please the customer as best they could with all the work that had to be done. It was nice to feel comfortably secure at allowing them the full access that was needed for the work within our home.

The final result has been exactly as promised. We now have a house that has, what our family feels, is real air-conditioning. The extremely high temperatures and humidity lately have put it to the test and the entire house of split-level design has had every room at the temperature we desire. Thermostat settings are actually reached with such efficiency. The unit outside has showed no sign of struggling with performance and just purrs quietly getting rid of the heat and humidity within our house. Gary and his team have delivered exactly what we wanted. Genuine quality work with an assurance of full customer satisfaction. Like my neighbor, I also do recommend Gary and his team if it is the best in air conditioning comfort you are after.

From our discussions with Gary before accepting his quote, you could tell that not only did he have a thorough knowledge of his product, he had a strong work ethic and was dedicated to client satisfaction. He was a genuine family man, proud of the business he had built. Gary listened to our concerns about previous tradesmen and took time to explain the full scope of the work required.
Once work commenced, the team were all very professional, on time and courteous. They respected our property at all times using drop sheets on all carpeted surfaces, including the stairs, cleaned up all areas on completion each day and removed all rubbish, including the old unit. They ensured our pet dog was safe and contained as requested and were vigilant in ensuring all gates remained closed when coming in and out of the yard.
During the 2 days it took to complete the job, the team worked hard in very hot conditions to get the job done within the specified time frame and were always friendly and approachable, answering any questions we had along the way. The level of commitment and professionalism reflects an image they can be proud of.
Even through some unexpected challenges meant that it took longer than anticipated to complete the job, G.A.M. Air Conditioning honoured their original quote and worked harder to complete within the time frame quoted.

Gary has been looking after my home and business air conditioning needs for the past 10 years. He is reliable, efficient and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of air con work.

We were finding our thermostat was having to be lowered in the summer and increased in the winter along with our electricity bill !
We contacted Gary and Michael at GAM and they recommended our 25 year old ducting be replaced to increase efficiency, so with minimum fuss and disruption (which included no change to the ceiling vents ) the change was made.
We are so pleased, with the seriously high temperatures this summer, we have been very comfortable running at 25 C whereas on the old ducting it would have been at 19 C.
The GAM team are excellent to work with , always on time , efficient ,polite and leave your house the way they found it.
