These guys are just great! They installed my ducted airconditioner for my home without a fuss, were clean, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. I had called a few other companies, but they stuffed me around, some not even showing up & without a call.
If only I can give the boys at GAM a 10 star rating.

Amazing.

We bought our new home 12months ago and have had problems with our aircon unit from day one. The split turned on but no cold air was coming out which made this very difficult for my family to sleep at nights during summer. We had two other companies come out to repair the split system and we were told to replace the unit as it was very old. We started looking into a ducted system to solve our problem. We called GAM who came out to quote our home and after hearing our story, Gary and Jack looked at our unit and were able to fix this which saved us a lot of money. They were professional, tidy and most of all - they are great at what they do. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks to the GAM team !!

With the hot weather coming I was so frustrated with trying to find a company who would repair my air conditioner. After several 'no shows' I finally contacted GAM Air Conditioning. My call was returned within 24 hours and I was given a quote which was reasonable and honest. Gary and Jack came out the same day. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand but unfortunately my old system was declared 'dead'. I was quoted for a new system on the spot and within a couple of hours my new system was installed and working. This is a family company with old fashioned values and workmanship. Their customer service is a credit to them and so refreshing. They treat their clients with dignity and respect and are so professional both in their appearance and workmanship which is so rare these days.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who needs air conditioning repairs or installation. They are extremely hard working, efficient and clean.

Can't recommend these boys highly enough than what i have. What an amazingly run family business. The boys were wonderful with customer service no longer seen like this anymore. Very friendly, very helpful and professional, even calling to let us know they will be late, which in Sydney trades never happens these days.

They helped my mum with her air con. It's an old ducted system, they charged for parts on top of call out fee, replace filters. They charged an absolute minimum - while providing expert service. They attended my mum's home with 24 hours of my call - amazing service.

the team of GAM are the most professional team who do there work on time with such great work ethic and great knowledge. I am so glad they installed my ducted system with such a proffesional and clean job.

After one quick conversation with Jack over the phone, he was able to not only give me an accurate quote, but also answer every question I had about installation, ongoing maintenance etc. We booked a time for two days later for him and the team to come out and carry out the split system installation. They showed up on time, looking neat and being very courteous. I was working from home that day and needed minimal noise during their visit. They understood, and were surprisingly quiet and efficient over the few hours they were here.

It has now been a few months since our system was installed, and we couldn't be happier. I've had a good chance to go through the full installation, including under-house piping and outside unit installation. I've never seen anything done so neatly before! This job was done after I had called a few installers. Many had given cheaper pricing, but after looking through their feedback, I realised I'd rather pay a little more for top quality work. I'm so happy I made the right choice.
