Gary worked incredibly hard to work out a solution for my grandmothers investment property. The absence of an air-conditioner in the property resulted in it being vacant for several weeks. Gary inspected the property twice and was comfortable dealing with the property manager to ensure we all agreed on an appropriate solution.



Installing the air-conditioner was a difficult task that was performed seamlessly and without any issues. We were able to lease out the apartment immediately. Thank you Gary for your high standard of work - always a pleasure.

The AC at my investment house was broken and needed replacing. Mick and his team were a delight to deal with as they were professional and courteous. As the investment owner, Mick took the liberty of taking care of the situation by engaging with my real estate agent and the tenant to resolved the issue. Mick and team were backed up with jobs during the summer season, however, still made time to examine and the job after hours before accepting. 3 days later, Mick and his team were on site replacing the old AC. Mick kept me in the loop throughout the process by calling and sending me SMS with updates. Mick was straight forward with the quote and did advise that there would be extra charges if they found any extra work that was needed while replacing the AC. Mick was fair on his rough quote and I appreciate the honesty. Overall, Mick and his team were outstanding professionals who was able to deal with the situation between my agent, tenant, and myself, making it hassle free. I highly recommend GAM for all your AC inquiries and would definitely use their services again in the future. 5 stars for me. Keep up the great work boys!

GAMS replaced my air conditioner 12 months ago, which was an excellent experience. Gary told me at the time, to ring him if I ever had any problems.

Well, I had a problem late Saturday afternoon, out of the blue, because it has been working perfectly since installation. There was a horrible fishy smell coming from the vents when I turned it on!!! I turned it off and waited an hour and tried again....same thing....I remembered Gary's promise and sent a message. He rang me the next morning (a Sunday) and told me it was probably dirty filters!! which was a bit embarrassing!! I cleaned the filters and tried the unit again and it worked as normal.........no smell!!!! I honestly did not realize how important it was to keep them clean! I am so thankful that Gary responded to me on a Sunday!! It just proves that GAMS have excellent service and Gary certainly kept his word!

I would highly recommend GAM Air Conditioning. Their service was excellent! The team were friendly, punctual and reliable. What a polite team! I would have no hesitation in recommending GAM.

Jack came highly recommended by a family friend who said he’d make the time to fix our air con, which suddenly stopped working. Even though he was backed up with work, he still found time to come over and fix both motors in the air con which had bombed. Pricing is very low, reasonable. Service was great as he was done within the hour, definitely knows his stuff and I will definitely call him again if anything occurs with the air cons. Definitely recommend Jack and his team for all your air con services. You won’t be disappointed.

I had problems with my A/C this week and have a medical condition which means I need it working. Phoned Gam Air Conditioning, spoke to Jack. He and Gary arrived the next day, a very difficult fault to find and fix. If it was me I would have given up.

They didn't and now working perfectly. Thanks to both of you, very professional.

Our A/C was fried by a surge just as the hot days started to kick in. GAM A/C was quick to respond to identify the problem, order the parts and repair the unit in just a few days, just before Christmas. They were very professional in there response, and cleaned up there mess afterwards. I was very happy that the issue was resolved so quickly, as we were being cooked low by our house.
