I have never posted a review but will in this case. The price quoted was quick, professional and affordable. The team that showed up and did the install were quick and professional too. Lovely blokes. Above all the quality of work is great, neat and perfect conduits, everything looks the way you would want it. Easily 5 stars. Highly recommend. And now we’re warm.

I don't normally do reviews but I am making an exception here. These guys are way above the normal trades I have experienced in dealing with 4 air conditioning companies in the last 4 years. They were extremely competitive on the pricing in a true quoting competition for the work to be done. The planning and the preparation they did for the installation was meticulous. The crew came on time on both days of the install. They kept me totally informed as to the progress of the installation throughout both days. They were professional, tidy and cleaned up everything when finished. Don't bother going anywhere else if you want the job done right!

This is the second time I have used this company. I rang 2 days ago to have my split air and ducted air conditioners serviced and the lady took my details and organised an appointment. She was very courteous and professional. Ben came and checked both systems and explained whatever he did in detail. I also asked him for a quote for another split system and he advised me where I should have it placed and what unit he recommended. I found the Customer Service provided by Ben Rafferty to be exceptional and they are reliable, honest and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
