You know that when you need a plumber, its probably going to be bad news cost wise. They turned up as agreed, even called half an hour before to check, gave me two options and once I decided returned the same day and completed the job. Thankfully only one day for a cold shower.

We contacted Pascoe's early Monday morning for a quote on the extensive plumbing work that needed doing in our home. The gentleman we spoke to arrived 5 minutes after the phone call & quoted on all the required work. Amazing! The quote was so competitive that we agreed to the jobs going ahead immediately. (We were initially going to get 2 or 3 quotes but the efficiency & professionalism displayed by this Pascoe's gentleman led us to booking them for the jobs on the spot!)

The parts were ordered immediately & were delivered to our home by lunchtime that same day. Two plumbers arrived by mid-afternoon & completed most of the work within an hour. The remaining toilet system was replaced the next morning, with two plumbers arriving half an hour early after calling us to let us know they were running ahead of schedule! Unheard of!

Pascoe's plumbing are extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Their staff are a credit to the company and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. And to think we put off getting this work done! We will have absolutely no hesitations in using Pascoe's for any of our future plumbing, gas or electrical needs & highly recommend them to our family & friends.
