Pascoe's Gas, Water And Electrical

We rang Pascoe's on Tuesday mid-morning requesting a fluorescent light be replaced in our kitchen. Within an hour the electrician rang back to say he would be here to give us a quote that afternoon. At about 1 pm he turned up, gave us a quote which was reasonable and said he would be back in 45 minutes with the light. He arrived on the dot and had the light installed by 3 pm. How's that for fast service!
We received a phone call from Pascoe's admin asking about our satisfaction with the job and that was appreciated too.
This is the second time we have had electrical work done by Pascoe's and both times we have received friendly, efficient and reasonable service from all involved.

Pascoe's electrician turned up at my house at 7.30 am as per my booking request to install bathroom extractor fan. Very friendly staff delivering professional service. Well done Pascoe's.

left an email after hours and next day they turned up at the arranged time.Worked out hot water system was knackered and had a new one installed before I got home from work.Great company great service and a pleasure to do business with.I would recommend Pascoes in a blink of an eye.also they cleaned up and got rid of my old hot water system.Cheers and good luck for the future.

Fast, prompt, professional service.
Called for plumber Monday morning, he came 10.00am Tuesday for quote to find my 31 year old toilet needing replacing. New one delivered and totally replaced by 2.00pm that afternoon. Curtis was very pleasant under some difficult situations whilst trying to remove the old one. Very clean and professional and no damage to new floor tiles.

Professional and thorough service. I needed gas and electric cooker put in and was great to have all done at once by same company, definitely the way to go. Polite, friendly and eager to explain details of the job when asked. Both plumber and electrician seemed really into their jobs and made sure all regulations and best practices were followed. Clinton spent considerable time exploring the options for a toilet replacement early Monday morning, gave us a quote that we were happy with, had the toilet system delivered from the warehouse within an hour, and the system professionally installed without any damage by Brandon by lunch time. Excellent customer service by Diane with follow up and gift cards and discount for mentioning 'littleaussie' booklet.

On time.. professional, told me what they doing with no confusing jibber jabber. Quick with job and turned out great.
