Pascoes were very responsive to our call and came out the same day. Assessed the problem and it was fixed within 48 hours. Pascoes do not charge a call out fee. Would recommend them.

We contacted Pascoe's for help as we had no hot water, they gave us the bad news it was going to be expensive , but they helped in every way they could to reduce some of the stress as we are pensioners.
They were punctual and efficient, ours was an electrical fault, this fixed the very next day we had a pipe burst in the roof and bring the ceiling down, so another call and they came with in half an hour and did the repair .

There quote was very competitive with no call out fee, if needed I will call them again

Called Pascoe's Friday lunch time regarding a broken pipe in my bathroom and a plumber arrived onsite within 2 hours. I had previously called two plumbers and they couldn't arrive until Monday. The plumbers were great and completed the job without any mess or hassles. Everyone I spoke with at Pascoe's were great and friendly. Would use Pascoe's and recommend Pascoe's. Great service!

Fantastic service! I have used Pascoe's twice, once for a hot water system and once to replscd a toilet. The service was prompt, with no call out fee and the plumber was efficient and couteous both times. I would recommend Pascoe's without hesitation.

Constantly running toilet. One phone call to Pascoe's resulted in a visit from an evaluator, followed within the hour of call from the plumber who would do the job. Efficient, prompt, courteous and tidied up afterwards. Very satisfied.

I have used this company before for electrical work. There electrician solved my problem with a power point that wasn't secure, that other companies had previously fixed but kept recurring. This time I called them out for plumbing services. We had a leaking shower and knocking pipes. They solved the problem of the pipes and fixed them. They were very helpful and also went out of their way to get us a new shower head and install it that afternoon, as we only have the one bathroom. They arrived on time and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The company also followed up the next day to make sure we had no problems and the job completed to our satisfaction. Pascoe's were recently called out by us to replace a water heater that was at the end of it's life.
Their response to our call was within one hour; the delivery of the new unit within the next two hours and the installation and testing carried out well before the end of the day.
Apart from a short time of inconvenience with no water (which was to be expected), the job was carried out with skill and professionalism.
There was no mess to clean up after the installation was completed and the old unit was taken away, saving us the trouble.
If any of our friends need a similar job carried out we would have no hesitation in recommending they use Pascoe,s

Pascoes had just recently installed a new gas hot water system for us, shortly after that we started to have a problem with our hot water pressure. We contacted the office again and the first plumber arrived and identified the problem, it was an existing valve that was not required to be changed during the new gas hot water system installation, A second plumber then arrived with the new valve required. Before fitting the new valve he contacted one of his supervisors to try and assist us further. Given that we had recently spent money on a brand new system just a few weeks earlier, it was decided to fit the new valve for us, half price. Friendly and very professional. A big thankyou to you all for an excellent job. It is nice to see a company that takes the time to be professional and friendly and is genuinely interested and concerned for its clients and their feedback. Will definitely recommend them to others and if we require any assistance in the future, they are the only company we need to call.
