Pascoe's Gas, Water And Electrical

When I rang to book an electrician/plumber with Pascoe's, the customer service member I spoke to was very friendly and polite. The plumber and electrician who then came out to my house were also both very friendly, and fixed the problem efficiently. Pascoe's provided fast service, and I'd definitely use them again.

We called Pascoe's quite late in the afternoon and they were out to fix the problem that day. The plumber called to let us know he was on his way which was very convenient. He was polite, efficient and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost before he started work. There were no hidden costs. Would definitely use Pascoe's again.

Had someone to my house within 1/2 hour to try and fix the problem.
Had to return the following the following day, but did so in a timely manner.
Polite and knowledgeable service - from both the plumber and customer service staff.

Very prompt, efficient and friendly service. I received a call to ask if id be home because they were EARLY (unheard of!) and our replacement taps were installed within a couple of hours. We were very happy with Pascoe's and will definitely use them again.

Firstly, your online booking and chat was very convenient and easy to use. Your first tradesperson (Alex) was very friendly and explained clearly and showed me choices for service and offers for a new hot water system on his iPad. Also it was very convenient to have my hot water system serviced and fixed on the same day. Payment with the tradespersons using my credit card was convenient as this is finalised on the same day.
I would certainly consider using Pascoes again if I require servicing or ever need a new hot water system installed.

From booking to the finished job the service was professional. Fast friendly service. Our neighbours have trees so our drains get blocked. Other plumbers have had to hire the machine but these guys have everything needed to do the job. You even get a phone call to check your happy. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service. Phoned at 11am, was told that someone would be out to see me between 12 and 4. The lovely Nick turned up at 1.45 and fixed the problem.
Not only did he have to make a special trip to Bunnings after my puppy ate the washer he was installing, he also killed a rat that had taken bait so that the puppy wouldnt get it.
Happy to recommend them to anyone
