Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays!

Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour*. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.

My daughter had a split system with blocked drainage duct and it was dripping, otherwise the unit was working fine. The technician spent 10min looking at it and then quoted over $1000 to fix it - a ridiculous amount and so I sent him on his way. 4 days later we had another company come and service all 5 of the aircons in our house and unblock my daughters for $220 all up. I suspect that none of these 5 star reviews are real - if you scroll down far enough there are lots of 1 star reviews with similar stories to mine. I suspect these guys spend most of their time just ripping people off and regularly posting fake 5 star reviews to bury the real ones like this, so they can continue in the same manner.
Metropolitan if you are reading, this strategy might make you money in the short term but I am willing to bet that in 2-3 years from now you will not be doing very well - dishonesty and greed tend to trip you up eventually.

I called first thing in the morning and Metropolitan was great on the phone and said they could be out to address my AC issues that day. They came a couple of hours later and immediately diagnosed the problem without having to do any serious work. Their service charge was very reasonable, and I loved how they wanted to be conservative with their actions so they could save me money. I felt very very comfortable with these well-dressed, personable gentlemen. I highly recommend them.
