Metropolitan Air Conditioning aims to keep our customers comfortable in all climates, all year round.
Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. All of air conditioning technicians are fully qualified, insured and have undergone extensive training to meet our high quality standards before starting work with our clients. We continuously train our staff so they are up to date with leading air conditioning best practice.
Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!
Are you available on weekends?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays!
How do you quote?
We quote by job, not by hour. And we’ll tell you the fixed price before start, so you know exactly what you’re up for.

We supply, install and service most makes and models of air conditioning and heating systems, including Braemar, Breezair, Kelvinator, Carrier, Lennox, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, Nec, Hitachi, York and many more!
How quick can you arrive?
Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour*. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.

Charged $140 to come and provide a quote… They didn’t even look at the aircon unit to identify the issue. Was told it would cost $500 to fault find what was wrong with the unit...Ended up charging me just over a $1000..Told it would cost $2000 in parts to replace the motherboard put a deposit down on parts $500...And then about 2 weeks later tell me that they don't make those parts any more..But we can supply you the same air-conditioning unit for $8,000 dollars..What a rip off and was told that a old man paid for this same unit through them and had it installed for $8,000..Now I can get a unit from Harvey Norman fully installed for $3,600...TRUST ME THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING HARD WORKING PEOPLE OFF... This is absolutely disgraceful and they should not be in business..

Had Joel come out and look over unit and notified me everything that needed to happen, booked job I with office notified me the day and time they would come great service

Call them for aircon repair had fault with outdoor unit fan. They charged me 140$ call out charge, I had asked them is this incude defect diagnosis they lady on phone said yes. The guy came and did nothing, didn't even touch the outdoor unit and told me 2800$ servicing and troubleshooting. Fake company.

Adnan was very polite and on time. He serviced our split system air-conditioner the very same day we called them out. Since the service the aircon is working much better than before, like brand new!
