Geeks2U attended my home and listened attentively as I explained my problem. He then set about fixing it. He was polite and professional throughout his visit. He even called my antivirus provider to confirm some details. He was on the phone with them for at least 20 mins. My problem was fixed within about 45mins. My IT skills are quite limited, and it was refreshing to know I can call on Geeks2U when I'm out of my depth.

I am soooo happy. Gordon was amazing. He was patient and tried things til we got the result we needed. He got all my email folder and files back and reinstalled some things for me. I have been stressing about my laptop and my work on it for a few weeks now but Gordon has fixed everything. I am so happy. he was a lovely guy too. Very relaxed and friendly. I would definitely use Geeks2U again and ask for Gordon.
