Fantastic service

I John Arrived at the appointed time, he is friendly, understood my problem - fixed it and formulated a troubleshooting plan should it happen again. And as a bonus fixed a problem with my phone too. He is obviously an expert when it comes to tech, and has a knack for explaining things in a way that made sense. So impressed!

Same day service is expensive

The service is great for anyone that needs quick same day help. He was running a little behind but did notify us. We needed a new desktop set up with our files transferred over. Luckily we had extra external hardrive to do that , we needed another screen because our current wasn't compliant ( fortunately we had another) and we needed a hdmi cable to complete this service. If I'm paying for this service why doesn't the technician have these components with them ( excluding a screen ) to continue the service and get the work done. If we didn't have these extra components this call out would have been a waste of time and money to the consumer. Please ask those questions of your customer. If you ask for an electrician to come and do some work , you are not expected to have all the tools. The service is good to have , needs tweeking. If your part of Officeworks how does my flybuys get added to this service?
