Simon was great and knew his stuff. He did all he could to fix our problem but unfortunately our Desk top was simply to old, obsolete and unable to down load the software required.

Gordon was very knowledgeable with a quiet, gentle manner. Especially as I wasn't very accurate in my request as to the issues I needed to be resolved. Gordon managed to get things up and operating as they should.

Setting up a new laptop was for me a quite scary proposition. Daniel from Geeks2U was friendly and reassuring right from the start. He did it all so easily, and without fuss, and I'm really delighted. both with the outcome and with Geeks2U.

Booking an appointment was a breeze and the costs were advised prior to booking so we knew what we were in for. Our "geek" was Bill and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, asked what I needed, figured out the problem and came up with a solution. Really happy with the service and would definitely get Bill out again.
