Muhammad had my printer connected to my MacBook Air in no time at all. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—I would happily recommend him to others. However, I was disappointed with the billing. He arrived at 11:15 AM and left at 12:45 PM, yet I was charged for a full hour at $158. While I understand there may be a call-out fee, being charged a full hour despite the actual time spent feels unreasonable.

After struggling for several days with access to Microsoft and outlook and the Microsoft authenticator not working, Eleanora patiently worked through each issue with me, explaining each step and finished up getting everything working well! I am extremely grateful to Eleanora and would highly recommend Eleanor and Geeks2U.

Glenn was very friendly, on time and efficient. He even called me from home and we talked further about my computer issues. I appreciated him going out and purchasing a solid state drive prior to installing it. We ultimately couldn't fix my issue, but the alternative offered was ultimately a better solution. Will definitely use again in future.
