After strugglin to reach them (each pg of website states different number), coz line simply silent & then disconnects, near 48hrs later made bookin only to have them call back same day to rebook to later time. As if this wasn't enough tech arrived midway through hour slot only to advise he'd take device to work on; more than 36hrs later I've not gotten callback plus my email sent prior to booking (requesting suggestion of alternate firm given contact issues) was only recognised 4days later, when I called team in effort to determine where my device is, despite stipulating 48hr response time! Matter has apparently "been escalated" / "now raised to management" but still awaiting callback from actual tech so unaware of timeframe bout return of my device much less if it's been repaired! Would've taken less time to attempt battery replacement myself coz potentially all that's required :(

Once I paid my money,, I waited through three separate days for the mythical service technician to arrive and fix my wifi issues, but I still waiting, so I have scrubbed Geeks from my contacts and will tell the world what a what a shower this company is, I have requested money back, and if this doesn’t happen promptly I w
