From the start to the finish excellent service and workmanship. Upon completion of the installation of my canopies, all old blinds, fittings etc. were removed, woodwork and pavers swept. I was really impressed.

We contacted Burns for Blinds to replace the cardboard we have been using to cover our windows! Friendly consultant Stephen explained clearly our options and how the roller blinds will appear if we went ahead with the purchase. I was impressed with his efficiency. We were then fortunate to have Jamie as our installer, he was pleasant, efficient and prompt. As the afternoon was rainy he even took his boots off at the front door - old fashioned service! Both men arrived within their allotted time frame and I have no hesitation in using the Company again.

I have used Burns for Blinds on several occasions at different houses. I cannot fault their Products or Excellent Customer Service. The whole sales process is a pleasure. The Sales Consultant listens to your needs and makes suggestions when prompted. The Sales Consultant have always got back to me within time frames promised and their pricing is always competitive. Install dates have always been on time and their Installers are very professional and careful. I have used their After Sales Team also on one occasion as my house had a bit of movement. They booked in an appointment very promptly and fixed with no fuss. I have no problem recommending this Company if you are looking at any products they offer.
