Burns for Blinds

I recently had internal roller blinds fitted to our bedrooms, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Burns for Blinds staff were friendly, prompt, not pushy (bit tick for me) and extremely well priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

We have had one of the best Customer Service experiences dealing with Burns for Blinds, that we could possibly have had.
At each step, from inquiring about the products with staff on the telephone to the sales representative that came to our house and installers, each gave us exemplary service. All were friendly, professional and offered excellent advice, workmanship and installation. We were kept informed of all timelines at all times,
The sales representative, Arthur, in particular, did his utmost to give us a very good price for the products that we bought, liaising with his superior and following every query through.
We were very impressed with every stage of the experience from my initial call to final installation.We will without a doubt be calling Burns for Blinds for our next purchase.

Ordered a few small roller blinds, such fantastic experience from start to finish! The ladies on the phones were a delight, and the consultant who came out was extremely helpful. Service has been fantastic from day one. I was kept in the loop through the whole process from measuring the windows, to installation of the plantation blinds. We love the blinds so much that we have ordered more for the rest of the house!! Steven arrives tomorrow morning to start measuring!!

This is the third time I have used Burns For Blinds I have always found the sales staff to be very genuine well mannered and they have great knowledge of their product with very good suggestions of colours that I would not have thought of myself and it has really worked I have loved how the vertical blinds I have installed on the three occasions have made the rooms look lovely and refreshed keep up the good work also the installer was very well mannered looked clean and cleaned up after the installation
