Both my parents and I have recently had invisi-gard doors installed at our homes. Burns for Blinds were very easy to deal with, a no fuss measure and quote process. The product is fabulous as was the service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Fantastic job by Burns for Blinds! Fitted my entire house from shutters in the bedroom, to an awning out the back. I would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to friends and family.

They do not deserve a single star!!!
The star goes to the champion Nigel that actually came out to install my shutters. Possibly the only person with his head screwed on.
This was the absolute worst company to deal with, it took weeks of them constantly changing my appointment times and days without asking and rocking up unanounced while I was at work before I finally got my shutters installed. Too many people playing chinese whispers and not knowing whats going on. No communication skills and constantly 'losing' my phone number and telling me each time I call that its my fault? and after all the headache and bending over backwards to work around them, the shutters were not to satisfaction at all, the only reason for getting them was for light blockout and this was stated at the first quote where I was refered a specific type to do this in the 'best possible way' and they do not do the job at all, when i tried to question this the rude staff blamed it on myself. The service consultants are rediculously rude and arrogant the entire time and I regret even bothering with their company full stop. I could have looked past all this if the shutters were any good but they are a Complete dissapointment.
Waste of time, stress and money!

I have used Burns for blinds on several occasions now the most recent for 3 new screen doors for our home every time they have been excellent from the first phone call to the insulation. The only time we had a problem was when we had our houseboat fitted out with roller blinds and one was made too short, but they were so apologetic and had the new blind rush though and out to us very quickly. I can not recommend them highly enough

Excellent product at a great price, great service and installed on time, highly recommended and have many friends that have also had a similar experience when dealing with Burns For Blinds.

Burns for Blinds do not even deserve 1 star, terrible terrible company, and the management really do not care about the inconvenience and by the end stress they cause you, i wished I had not paid any of the money until job is final, my zip trak blinds are not finished as they did not have the flashings, after weeks of ringing them and taking days of work and swapping days of work to be home and them blaming Stratco and now my flashings were used for another job, I know is rediculous but this is what the useless management tell me. I am dealing direct with Stratco at the moment as it appears Burns dont want to finish the job....Please do not deal with this mob and you can not complain to anyone except the useless person on the phone as he is the manager.....LIES, LIES, LIES ..... I dont know how they stay in business

Ordered 7 custom made blinds. The guy who measured and quoted was quick and efficient. Once ordered, they arrived in 2 weeks. The installer had no issues with a tricky window and was finished quickly. Effortless and a good price. I would definately recommend them to friends etc. Thanks

Don't buy from this company ! The women at the Norwood shop is so slimy nice when selling but when it came to after sales service it is very poor. The installer failed to secure the Roller shutter to the wall and when it came adrift they refused to come to assess without charging $120 .

I only wish I had read these reviews before I used Burns for Blinds! The customer service there is an absolute joke - Anil is so rude that it is amazing to me how the business is still running! I'm not surprised the company doesn't offer any compensation for poor products - they would be out of business by the end of the year! One star is one star too many in my opinion!
